Siip Custodian B.V. and its group companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as: Siip) offer many different services. All services are based on the control you have over your personal data. As a user, you always have control over the data that is shared. These terms and conditions apply only to the Siip app and the “trusted by Siip” apps offered by Siip. Your personal data is stored exclusively on your smartphone. Due to the nature of the Siip app's services, Siip shares data with other parties at your request and with your explicit consent. Siip ensures that no unnecessary data is shared.

1. What can you do with the Siip app?

2. How can I register with Siip?
- You will need a smartphone and a valid form of identification for this.
- Download the (Trusted by) Siip app via the App Store or Google Play.
- Follow the steps in the Siip app to complete the registration.
3. How secure is the app?
- We believe it is very important to handle your data with care. Information on
how we handle this can be found in the privacy statement.
4. What do we expect from you?
- You are the rightful owner of your phone number and email address.
- You have a valid form of identification; a passport, ID card, or driver's license and you
use your own document. - You ensure that your smartphone, browser, operating system, and internet connection are up to date and secure, for example by installing the latest software updates.
- You ensure that only you have access to the Siip apps. Do not hand over your smartphone to anyone else so that they can impersonate you.
5. What can you expect from us?
- Your data is securely encrypted and stored on your smartphone.
- You are in control of your own data.
- That the app works smoothly, easily, and securely. And that should, unexpectedly,
a malfunction occurs, we will resolve it quickly. - If you decide to stop using the app and want all your data in the app to
be deleted? You can delete the Siip app at any time. We will delete the data we initially obtained with your consent. Once this data is deleted, you will no longer be able to use the relevant services. - We may terminate your Siip account. If you do not follow our rules, we reserve the right to remove or block your email address at any time without warning.
Toon Leeftijd Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply only to the Toon Leeftijd app, a “trusted by Siip” app offered by Siip. Your personal data is stored exclusively on your smartphone.
Do you use Toon Leeftijd?
We will notify you in advance via a message in the Siip app. If you do not agree with our (amended) terms, you can delete the Siip app at any time. We will delete the data we initially obtained with your consent. Once this data is deleted, you will no longer be able to use the relevant services.
By doing so, you agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.

- Use this app to easily prove that you are 12, 16, 18, 21, or 23 years of age or older.
